Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing ag, turf, or heavy equipment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and computer-based systems is a plus.
• Own tools and ability to perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural and turf equipment.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Complete in-shop and field service work with accurate documentation of diagnostics and repairs.
• Manage billable time and assigned work orders.
