Job summary

GreenMark Equipment, a leading John Deere dealership with 17 locations, seeks skilled technicians in Holland, MI. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural and turf equipment, performing advanced troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems, and completing both in-shop and field service work.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing ag, turf, or heavy equipment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills.
• Familiar with diagnostic tools and computer-based systems (Service ADVISOR a plus).
• Ability to work independently and on a team.
• Own tools and ability to handle physical job demands.
• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree a plus).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural and turf equipment.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Complete both in‑shop and field service work.
• Accurately document all diagnostics and repairs.
• Manage billable time and assigned work orders.
• Support customer clinics and education events.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe workspace.
• Stay current on John Deere and competitive equipment.
