Job summary

Buchheit, Inc. is seeking a seasoned manager to oversee labor, production and safety across the Biehle and McBride facilities. Based in Paragould, AR, you will drive grain origination, logistics and product quality while collaborating with sales and nutrition teams.

You will build a knowledge base in grain merchandising and work to expand wholesale offerings, with a clear path toward the General Manager role based on performance and company growth.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication, plus strategic problem solving.
• Excellent presentation skills with ability to address multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage labor and production staff at the Biehle and McBride locations.
• Oversee logistics and grading of fescue buying operations locally and remotely.
• Support Sales and Nutrition Managers with employee support in sales, delivery and quality control.
• Develop knowledge in grain merchandising and participate in weekly grain marketing meetings.
• Coordinate feed milling, grain handling and seed processing to improve pellet and grain quality.
• Lead the Division Safety Program and coordinate with Corporate Safety and Loss Prevention.
