Job summary

Buchheit Inc. is seeking an Agri Operations Foreman to manage day-to-day activities at the grain cleaning facility, including loading, unloading, bagging, and operating equipment. The role requires overseeing staff schedules and ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of feed products.

Responsibilities include operating bagging systems, maintaining records, and promoting a safe, efficient workplace. Prior production/manufacturing experience and physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds are

Qualifications

• Production or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a consecutive basis required.
• Forklift experience preferred, but not required.
• Must communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
• Strong math skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging operation system to inspect label, bag, and stack feed products.
• Load bagged feed onto delivery trucks and customer vehicles.
• Inspect and monitor feed quality, weight, and packaging.
• Operate and maintain delivery equipment and warehouse infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate daily records of bag ingredients, production material deliveries, inventory, and loading.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area for safety and efficiency.
• Promote a safe working environment at the facility.
• Adhere to procedures for loading/unloading trucks and grain trucks.
