Job summary

TR Machinery is seeking an Agricultural Engineer to join our team, expanding Ag-Engineering knowledge and assisting in the repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery, both on-site and on-farm under workshop management.

Duties include servicing tractors and machinery, using diagnostic equipment, completing job cards and time sheets, and supporting junior colleagues while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Agricultural experience is desirable but not essential.
• Role suitable for those with background in large engine industries (heavy plant, construction equipment, military vehicles).

Responsibilities

• Tractor, telehandler and Agricultural machinery experience.
• Excellent customer service attitude.
• Repair and maintenance of vehicles and machinery to high standards with a right-first-time attitude.
• Prepare new and used vehicles for sale following manufacturers' guidelines.
• Use of diagnostic equipment and systems (e.g. EDT, SOURCE) and stay updated with Service News.
