Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in organizational transformation and change management.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and action plans.
• Develop and implement strategic and operational project management plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication; active listening and collaboration across constituencies.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders across Bernalillo County to advance land-use initiatives.
• Research agricultural hub models and best practices for small growers.
• Develop and refine contract templates for small agricultural entrepreneurs.
• Contribute to transforming a 34-acre plot into land that promotes wellbeing, education, and new farming opportunities.
