Job summary

Parallel Ag proudly carries AGCO farm equipment and a full line of parts to support farming operations. We are seeking a Service Professional to repair diesel engines and agricultural equipment, in our Fairview, OK location and on-site customer jobs.

You will diagnose problems, explain repairs to customers, and uphold safety, quality, and teamwork every day. The role requires strong mechanical skills, experience with diesel engines or hydraulics, and the ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule

Qualifications

• Prefer High School Diploma/GED, Associates, or higher degree.
• Prefer 2 years of diesel mechanic experience.
• Proven experience with advanced electronics, diesel engines, and/or hydraulics.
• Strong oral and written communications.
• Must furnish own set of tools.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain diesel engines and agricultural equipment.
• Diagnose engine problems and repair or overhaul engines or related parts.
• Explain diagnosis and repair to the customer clearly and to their satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to customer needs and manage difficult situations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and promote quality.
• Report faulty equipment or hazards to supervision and communicate repair trends.
