Hutson, Inc in Clinton, KY is seeking a Technician to perform advanced diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance on large agricultural equipment. The role supports the Hutson Service Business Model and ongoing learning. The position requires knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, use of Service Advisor, and ability to work solo or in a team.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in repair of agricultural and turf equipment.
• Ability to use Service Advisor and basic computer functions.
• Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes.

Responsabilités

• Performs advanced diagnostics and repairs on small agricultural and turf equipment and AMS products.
• Participates in Service EDUCATE Training programs for skills development.
• Maintains current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
• Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment.
• Completes all reports and forms required with work assignments.
• Accounts for all time on a time card and for all materials used.
