Hutson, Inc. in Clinton, KY is seeking a Technician to perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on large agricultural and turf equipment within the Hutson Service Business Model.

You will participate in training programs and stay current on John Deere and competitive products, while maintaining tools, inventory, and documentation. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
• Ability to perform basic to advanced repairs using manuals and tools.
• Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in agricultural/turf equipment.
• Experience with Service Advisor and basic computer functions.
• Valid DOT Medical Card required for road technicians; forklift and respirator certs are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and AMS products.
• Participates in Service EDUCATE Training programs for skill development.
• Maintains current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
• Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment.
• Keeps work area clean and organized; completes reports and forms.
• Accounts for all time and materials used on assigned duties.
• Supports management in pursuing company policies and goals.
