H2ajobs in Nebraska is seeking workers to perform light maintenance on fertilizer applications, apply fertilizer to fields, and deliver fertilizer to fields for application. A clean driving record and valid driver’s license may be required to drive company vehicles.

Work hours vary with crop conditions and weather, with potential early/late shifts, night hours, and weekend/holiday work as needed. Housing and meals are provided by the employer.

Perform light maintenance on fertilizer applications, apply fertilizer to fields, and deliver fertilizer to fields for application.

Workers who have a clean driving record and insurable driver's license may be required to drive company vehicles.

Work hours are determined by crop and weather conditions. The work day may begin/end earlier or later on any given day and evening; night hours may be required.

Workers may be requested to work additional hours, weekends, holidays, and the Sabbath depending on crop conditions and need.

• Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)
• Meals: Company will provide free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities to the workers that will enable the workers to prepare their own meals. The facilities include refrigeration, microwave, stove top or portable stove top, various cooking accessories, and an adequate sink with both hot and cold water and adequate water pressure, all of which are in working condition. Within the facilities is available cabinet space to store food that does not require refrigeration and counterspace for food preparation. Company makes available work trucks or other available vehicles to workers at no cost to access grocery stores whenever necessary.
• Employer may provide occasional meals when kitchen facilities are not available and, if so, will not deduct the allowable meal rate.

Workers must be physically able to perform all job duties safely, quickly, and skillfully.

At the sole discretion of the employer, workers may be required to submit to a post hire drug test, paid by the employer. Positive results or refusal to take the test may result in immediate termination.

Any worker found to have a criminal conviction, DWI, commits serious acts of misconduct, refuses to follow instructions, violates work rules, fails to perform job duties in a competent manner, or other lawful job-related reasons will be terminated.
