Join to apply for the Agricultural Equipment Operators role at Yaggie Farms Inc

Need 8 full-time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operators to work in Breckenridge, MN, from 05/12/2025 to 11/30/2025. Work hours are 40 hrs./week, Mon. - Fri., 8 hrs/day.

As required by Minnesota law, hours worked over 48 hours in a week will be paid at 1.5 times the regular rate. Must apply by 08/22/2025.

JOB DUTIES:

• Operate farm machinery for harvesting and storing grain crops such as corn, soybeans, wheat, and sugar beets.
• Tow harvesting equipment and operate self-propelled combines.
• Perform maintenance like lubricating and repairing farm machinery.
• Transport produce to storage or elevator areas.
• Lift at least 60 lbs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 months of experience.
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Willing to obtain a Class D Driver's License within two months of hire; CDL preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.

EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:

• Work guaranteed for 75% of the contract period starting from the date of arrival.
• Free housing provided if residence is beyond normal commuting distance.
• Inbound transportation and subsistence paid upon 50% contract completion for workers commuting from afar.
• Daily subsistence at least $15.88, up to $59 with receipts.
• Work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge.
• Earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours annually.
