Hurley & Associates is seeking a Marketing Associate to support Ag Risk-Marketing Consultants and deliver exceptional client service. You will handle data entry, client communications, and coordination of marketing activities to help farmers manage risk and improve financial outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Organize calendars and ensure Consultants stay on track with upcoming tasks.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing timely information.
• Assist with prospecting, preparing letters, and creating supportive materials.
• Back up other office staff and assist with training new employees.
• Maintain and update client data in proprietary systems.
• Review client positions, assist with margin calls, and communicate with lenders.
• Collaborate with grain buyers to sell cash grain and monitor market trends.
• Support Consultants with placing futures and options orders and creating reports.
• Plan and coordinate events, presentations, and client meetings.
• Prepare and update client reports, brokerage accounts, and financial records.
• Provide year-end tax projections when necessary.
