Hybrid role starting June 2027; the program includes learning, shadowing, and projects across insurance operations and data management with feedback from leaders to close knowledge gaps.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or commensurate experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Agribusiness or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops knowledge and business acumen in the assigned area to become a professional.
• Assists leader, team, or business unit with work and day-to-day activities.
