Responsibilities

• Review first notice of loss reports and support claim file setup.
• Assist with liability investigations by gathering statements, photos and records.
• Support claim evaluation activities, including policy reviews and liability assessments.
• Draft professional correspondence and coordinate with insureds, claimants and agents.
• Shadow adjusters during field visits or virtual reviews.
