Responsibilities
  • Educate and enroll employees in their company’s voluntary and supplemental benefit plans.

  • Assist employees with filing claims for supplemental insurance coverage.

  • Provide ongoing administrative support to AGM policyholders and employer accounts, ensuring smooth benefits management and high service satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish
  • Customer Service : 1-2 years
  • Employee Benefits Experience: 1-2 years
  • Life & Health insurance license required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Must have good communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

We are open to fully remote candidates that reside in Louisiana or Texas only.
