Responsibilities

1. Educate and enroll employees in their company’s voluntary and supplemental benefit plans.
2. Assist employees with filing claims for supplemental insurance coverage.
3. Provide ongoing administrative support to AGM policyholders and employer accounts, ensuring smooth benefits management and high service satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English & Spanish
• Customer Service experience: 1-2 years
• Employee Benefits experience: 1-2 years
• Life & Health insurance license required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Good communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
