Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Nursing, or Human Services and have at least one year of supervision or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the adult day center.
• Ensures compliance with governing, licensing, and accreditation guidelines
• Recruit, hire, orient, and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Oversee Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement related to Adult Day Services.
• Program development and design in conjunction with the Director of Aging Services.
• Maintain the physical plant of the center at the highest level of operation and appearance. Effectively markets the comprehensive services offered by Adult Day Services.
• Staff development
