Job summary

University of California, San Francisco's Singh Lab in the Department of Anatomy is seeking a Junior, Assistant, Associate or Full Specialist to join a cutting-edge aging genomics and AI/ML program. The lab combines scRNA-seq and multi-omics with AI/ML approaches, using the African killifish as a model to uncover conserved aging processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher in bioinformatics/experimental biology/engineering or related field, or 4+ years research experience.
Assistant Specialist requires Master’s or bachelor’s with 3+ years experience.
Associate Specialist requires Master’s with 5–10 years relevant experience.
Full Specialist requires PhD or 10+ years relevant experience.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
Willingness to learn new methods and adapt to changing priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
