Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в Agile-доставке и коучинге.

• Опыт успешной доставки через признанную методологию Agile.
• Способность координировать работу команды, навыки общения.
• Умение собирать и презентовать данные для разных аудиторий.
• Отличные коммуникативные навыки на английском и немецком (C2).
• Готовность к командировкам по Европе/Польше.

Responsibilities

• Поддержка Agile трансформации на уровне команд и портфелей.
• Коучинг по Agile и масштабированию (SAFe, LeSS, DAD).
• Участие в проектах как Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer или Product Owner.

We are committed to fostering an inclusive work culture that inspires everyone to deliver their best! - Support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels - Undertake Agile coaching engagements, including Agile at Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) - Undertake agile delivery engagements in the form of Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or Product Owner - Support Lean Portfolio Management engagement - Assume ownership for client deliverables to ensure that engagement deliverables and outcomes are realized in a timely manner - Play an advisory role to client leaders in industry sectors, and support other consultants within the Workforce Transformation practice - Contribute to Workforce Transformation thought leadership, intellectual property and methods/tools

• You.. We are looking for Agile transformation and delivery professionals with previous consulting, industry or contracting experience.
• 5+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience
• Experienced and expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile and Product Management
• Holds a recognised Agile qualification or certification (e.g. PSM; SAFe Scrum Master)
• Experience of successful delivery via a recognised agile methodology
• Proven record of coaching and influencing at team level
• Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel.
• SAP transformation experience would be a plus
• While your base location will be Poland, you are eagerly seeking to join an internationally-mobile European team.
