Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of iterative and incremental development.

• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Enable the Product Owner by maintaining a prioritized backlog and forecasting outcomes.
• Enable the Developers by teaching Scrum framework and Definition of Done.
• Assist with agile adoption and promote an agile mindset across the organization.
• Utilize advanced forecasting models and delivery metrics for data-driven planning.
• Mentor and coach teams to improve collaboration and performance.
• Uphold Abbott's Quality Management System policies and procedures.
