Job summary

The World Bank Group is seeking an ET Consultant – Agile Coach to lead agile transformation within ITS Transformation Office in Washington, DC. You will coach teams and leaders in Scrum, Kanban and other fit-for-purpose frameworks, helping clarify goals, improve collaboration, and accelerate delivery.

The role emphasizes delivery visibility, backlog hygiene, and continuous improvement, with experience in Azure DevOps or Jira and change enablement.

Qualifications

Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience or a Bachelor’s with 7+ years of relevant experience.
Experience supporting IT operating model change and transformation enablement.
Experience using delivery and planning tools (Azure DevOps or Jira).

Responsibilities

Agile Ways of Working Enablement & Delivery Coaching across ITS.
Facilitate workshops and leadership discussions to improve goals and collaboration.
Establish backlog management, prioritization, and flow practices for transparency.
Identify bottlenecks and drive practical improvements to delivery speed and quality.
Partner with leaders to strengthen Agile principles, teamwork, and accountability.
