Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure operational excellence.
Track and report team velocity and project health to provide transparent visibility to leadership regarding milestone progress.
Advocate for the team by removing technical impediments and shielding members from external distractions to maintain high-velocity focus.
Partner with Product Owners to refine backlogs and establish clear, actionable prioritization for software development cycles.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align project goals, lead dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of complex integrations.
