Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and regular progress reporting to leadership. Strong communication and DoD project experience are valued in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or related technical field required.
• 2+ years of relevant project management experience, especially in startups/aerospace.
• Experience deploying and integrating hardware and software systems.
• Experience leading small engineering teams and cross-functional reviews.
• Ability to create schedules, budgets and risk registers.

Responsibilities

• Act as bridge between ETO and other departments to align goals.
• Create and own agile/hybrid project plans with schedules and budgets.
• Lead interdisciplinary scrum teams to deliver high value.
• Identify risks and dependencies and resolve them proactively.
• Track milestones and report progress to stakeholders.
