Job summary

EPS Corporation seeks a Project Management Specialist to oversee day-to-day contractor operations supporting Network, Data Systems, Cybersecurity, and Telecommunications Services. You will manage multiple IT projects, ensure customer alignment, and drive deliverables under DoD and government IT frameworks.

Responsibilities include leading project reviews, applying agile methodologies (Kanban, SAFe, VSM), maintaining documentation, and coaching teams in PM best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IT Project Manager for multiple projects.
• Communicate with customers to understand requirements.
• Lead weekly reviews and assign tasks.
• Prioritize tasks based on deadlines.
• Champion PM methodologies and train team.
• Ensure deliverables meet QCP quality standards.
• Support process initiatives with VSM, PACE, Kanban, SAFe.
• Maintain project documentation throughout lifecycle.
