Job summary

You’ll guide acceptance criteria, measure performance with KPIs, and collaborate with Circle Leads to ensure successful delivery while fostering an inclusive, high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• Two years of work experience in Agile product management.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize and ensure a ready backlog for a smaller scale product team.
• Effectively manage a backlog and experiments to refine future deliverables.
• Align team goals with circle and value stream vision.
• Be the voice of the end-user and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
• Own team backlog with prioritization and trade-off decisions.
• Set KPIs to optimize value flow.
• Support adoption and manage change readiness.
• Communicate resources required to achieve business outcomes.
• Foster an innovative, inclusive team culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
