In this role, you will lead technical planning, oversee development efforts, and guide modernization work across a complex COTS based ecosystem. You will work closely with developers, product owners, Momentum SMEs, system integrators, and leadership to design, implement, and sustain enhancements aligned with program needs. This role requires strong leadership capabilities, deep technical problem solving skills, and experience coaching developers. You will help the team adopt best practices, ensure development quality, support CI/CD improvements, and contribute to the long term technical direction of the program. You will need excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and strong organizational awareness to manage priorities in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities Momentum / COTS Leadership*** **Lead technical work within a Momentum environment.*** **Guide customization, integration, extension, and troubleshooting of Momentum modules and services.*** **Collaborate with Momentum SMEs on upgrade impacts, configuration, and interface alignment.*** **Software Engineering & Architecture Design, develop, and maintain services and applications supporting program’s mission system.*** **Apply engineering best practices for reliability, maintainability, and performance.*** **Ensure secure coding practices consistent with DoD requirements.
