Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Scrum Master to partner with the product owner and development team, delivering business value through effective Scrum practices and continual improvement. The role emphasizes self-organization, removing impediments, and alignment with the organization’s Agile framework.

Candidates should have 3+ years of Scrum Master delivery experience, plus 2+ years in Agile projects, with strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Scrum Master delivery experience, including an additional 2+ years of Agile project experience.
• Strong Scrum and Kanban knowledge and ability to drive iterative development.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
• Support the product owner in backlog management and maintaining sprint goals.
• Remove impediments and external distractions to keep the team focused on priorities.
• Promote Agile principles and practices within the team and encourage continuous improvement.
• Coach team members on strengths and developmental needs to foster growth.
• Monitor team performance and report daily activities, identifying process improvements.
• Identify and assess risks and issues, perform impact analysis, prioritize, and manage resolution.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and act professionally at all times.
