Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) to ensure collaboration and delivery.
• Support the product owner in backlog management and sprint goal attainment.
• Remove impediments and distractions to keep the team focused on priorities.
• Promote Agile principles and continuous improvement within the team.
• Coach team members on strengths and development needs; foster open feedback and learning.
• Monitor team performance, track daily activities, and report progress and risks.
