Job description

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Help oversee the delivery and execution of feature delivery teams within the Global Financial Crimes space while helping the team to meet enterprise agile transformation goals.
• Work with a team of Scrum Masters and project managers to develop and drive cross-portfolio initiatives aimed at scaling and incorporating enterprise routines for application management and governance into traditional agile routines, improving E2E team collaboration, and enhancing visibility of E2E delivery across the portfolio.
• Lead the Scrum team in achieving higher levels of agile maturity.
• Facilitate self-organization within the Scrum team.
• Support the team in removing impediments.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that arise.
• Complete enterprise change requirements and deliverables.
• Support cross-portfolio scaling initiatives.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of agile practices.
• Strong communication skills including facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and providing candid but caring feedback.
• Problem-solving skills to address impediments, gaps, and challenges impacting delivery.

Pay Range: $68.38-$76.38
