In this role, you will apply systems thinking, Agile leadership, and organizational acumen to orchestrate multiple teams of software and digital signal processing engineers — driving predictable, incremental delivery to meet customer commitments and mission objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong servant leadership skills, excels in facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and is comfortable navigating complex technical and organizational environments. The Agile Release Manager will help ensure that the Scrum teams operate smoothly and collaboratively, impediments are removed quickly, and delivery outcomes align to the stakeholders’ release objectives.
