Skills & Requirements

1. Highly organized; able to build roadmaps, resolve blockers.
2. Proficient in JIRA and Confluence.
3. Understanding of Lean, Agile (Scrum & Kanban), Waterfall methodologies.
4. Experience training teams on Scrum artifacts.
5. Continuous learner mindset.
6. Ability to lead remote/distributed teams.
7. Accountable for dependencies and removing blockers.
8. Facilitate prioritization and backlog management.
9. Build a trusting, collaborative environment.
10. Facilitate team planning and Scrum ceremonies.
