Job summary

Zdeno Solutions is seeking an Agile Program Support Journeyman Systems Engineer to support the SI&W system modernization at a customer site in Laurel, MD. The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and 1880 yearly hours, working onsite with Agile Scrum practices and IPT coordination.

Responsibilities include creating process and program-level SE documents, tracking requirements, overseeing SE processes, and coordinating with Forward Deployed LSEs and teams to ensure enterprise

Qualifications

• Solid experience supporting development and integration teams using agile methodologies.
• Experience managing Systems Engineering Projects with Confluence/JIRA and Scrum Master activities.

Responsibilities

• Create process documentation, migration plans, and program-level SE artifacts.
• Participate in IPTs, identify SE areas requiring enterprise coordination.
• Provide oversight of development and integration activities with LSEs and stakeholders.
• Track development software, system requirements, and planning documentation.
• Guide and oversee the development and implementation of SE processes.
