Job summary

Missing Link Security is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead the delivery of the OHS TTA Hub for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

The role oversees transition, ongoing operations, and release activities, coordinating government and contractor teams in a live data platform environment. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of delivery leadership, strong Agile/Scrum experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and communications with Government

Qualifications

• Eight or more years leading complex software or digital-service delivery.
• Directing Agile teams and reporting to Government stakeholders.
• Experience with budgets, roadmaps, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership and delivery oversight from transition through operations and releases.
• Develop integrated project plans: scope, milestones, resources, risks, change control.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to align priorities with schedules and dependencies.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate across engineering, DevOps, data, UX, QA, security, training.
