Job summary

New York Technology Partners in Boston is seeking an Agile Program Manager to lead the delivery of an enterprise AI platform and its portfolio of AI agents. You will drive cross-functional execution and platform governance across engineering, security, and infrastructure.

You will establish release cadences, manage dependencies, and define governance standards for reliable AI delivery, with an emphasis on scalable adoption and rigorous evaluation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading large, multi-team programs delivering complex technical initiatives.
• Strong Agile delivery with release planning and dependency management.
• Experience with AI agents, LLMs, RAG, and AI evaluation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own platform roadmaps, release planning, and delivery cadence across multiple engineering teams.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate with engineering, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Evaluate and prioritize AI agent use cases based on business value, data readiness, and risk.
• Establish production readiness gates covering AI evaluation, security, observability, compliance, and rollback procedures.

Requirements

• 8+ years of program, product, or delivery management experience leading complex, multi-team technical initiatives.
• Strong Agile delivery expertise, including release planning, dependency management, and predictable delivery cadence.
• Working knowledge of AI agents, LLMs, RAG, tool calling, orchestration, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to interpret logs, telemetry, and evaluation results.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to improve productivity and delivery processes.
• Familiarity with Azure environments, enterprise security controls, and change management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Fabric, responsible AI practices, or AI red-teaming.
• Exposure to production operations, SLOs, incident management, and regulated industries, particularly financial services.
