Job summary

Barbaricum is seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of DoD simulation and training initiatives within the CPE ST3 environment. You will drive Agile practices, ceremonies, and backlog management across government and contractor teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes that support soldier readiness.

You will mentor teams in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, remove impediments, measure progress with Agile metrics, and adapt frameworks for rapid

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Agile project management.
Proven experience leading at least 3 Agile projects from inception to completion.
Demonstrated success coordinating across multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
Track record delivering projects with rapid iteration and feedback loops (software, systems, product).
Experience implementing Agile practices at scale and organizational transformations.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Agile projects from inception to completion.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach teams in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies.
Manage stakeholder relationships across Government and contractor teams.
Drive Agile transformation efforts at scale within DoD programs.
Monitor program health with Agile metrics and address risks.
Ensure rapid iteration and feedback to accelerate technology delivery.
