Great American Risk Solutions, a dynamic unit of Great American Insurance Group, seeks a Product Owner to drive value in our underwriting modernization initiative. You will partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to shape priorities, deliver features, and steer a high-performing Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading initiatives with multiple stakeholders in Agile environments.
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• CSPO or SAFe certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and Agile team members to translate business needs into Features and User Stories.
• Maintain and prioritize a healthy product backlog aligned with business priorities.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews for the team.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences to inform priorities and decisions.
• Drive alignment and collaboration across cross-functional teams during underwriting modernization.
