Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems Sector is seeking a Level 4 Agile Product Owner in Virginia to define and prioritize the product backlog, align stakeholders, and guide cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑value features on schedule.

You will lead a large agile team, work with Git‑based workflows, and ensure delivery while maintaining compliance with Top‑Secret/Sci eligibility requirements. A strong software background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science with 8+ years of software development experience.
• 6+ years with a Master’s; or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Requires an active Top‑Secret clearance with SCI eligibility at time of application.
• 5+ years professional development experience.
• Demonstrated success with Agile processes and version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).
• Experience with containerization, Kubernetes, and Helm charts.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
