Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Product Owner to serve as the customer proxy for BMV areas and other stakeholders. You will define and prioritize user stories in the team backlog, lead an agile team of Developers and QA Analysts, and provide technical guidance for software development and deployment of new features.

You will collaborate with IT personnel, stakeholders, and other Product Owners to ensure alignment with roadmaps, release schedules, and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner in software development using Agile/scrum.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to define and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize user stories in the team backlog.
• Provide technical guidance and agile leadership to developers and QA engineers.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with roadmaps and releases.
• Review tests and acceptance criteria; ensure features meet business requirements.
• Coordinate backlog refinements and sprint planning with other Product Owners.
