Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Product Manager to lead vision, planning and delivery of human + digital product initiatives.

You will define outcomes, prioritize features, manage backlog and collaborate with agile, experience design, technology and risk partners to drive value for customers and the business. The role is hybrid, with a mix of onsite and remote days, and requires strong data analysis, stakeholder communication and roadmap execution to deliver on ambitious product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Minimum product management experience.
• Ability to analyze business data and translate insights into product decisions.
• Experience aligning product strategy with customer needs and business goals.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs, roadmaps and deliverables in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and interpret business data to meet needs.
• Activate cross-team collaboration to prioritize opportunities and establish product vision and roadmap.
• Define product outcomes and OKRs and break down work for discovery, design, development and delivery.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle and drive roadmap with agile, design, technology and risk partners.
• In technical products, understand features, debt reduction and modernization efforts.
