Job summary

O.C. Tanner is seeking a Technical Program Manager for the Agile Portfolio Office Team in Salt Lake City. This hybrid role drives planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional technology projects across the organization.

The successful candidate will establish deliverables, communication plans, and status reports; manage team deliverables; identify and redesign processes as needed; and serve as the connective tissue ensuring timely program outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' proven experience in project management.
• Deep understanding of Agile & Scrum Methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree PMP or Agile Certification is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional technology projects.
• Establish project deliverables, communication plans, status reports, and execute plans.
• Manage project teams' deliverables and identify gaps to update or design new processes.
• Act as the connective tissue across the Technology Department to ensure timely program outcomes.
