Job summary

Cohere Beauty Omaha is seeking an Agile PMO Project Manager / Scrum Master to shape how the organization delivers work across IT, R&D, product development, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, HR and customer operations.

You’ll build a practical PMO framework, lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to benefits realization, and serve as a hands‑on Scrum Master guiding teams toward measurable outcomes and improved delivery predictability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project/program management, Agile delivery, transformation or related experience.
• 3+ years as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Proven experience introducing or strengthening Agile practices in an organization where project management maturity is still developing.
• Strong facilitation, executive communication, stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
• The ability to influence without formal authority, challenge the status quo and bring structure to ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Build and establish a practical, scalable Agile PMO framework, including project intake, prioritization, governance, reporting and delivery standards.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch, adoption and benefits realization.
• Serve as a hands‑on Scrum Master and Agile Delivery Lead, facilitating teams, removing roadblocks and improving delivery predictability.
• Translate business objectives into epics, features, user stories, roadmaps, milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Establish Azure DevOps as a core platform for project visibility, backlog management, delivery tracking and reporting.
• Coach leaders, Product Owners and project teams on Agile principles and build internal Agile champions across the organization.
• Bring structure, transparency and accountability to our project portfolio while keeping the focus on business value—not bureaucracy.

Cohere Beauty is building something new—and we’re looking for an Agile PMO Project Manager / Scrum Master who wants to help shape how the organization delivers work, not simply manage projects.

This is a unique opportunity to build the foundation of an emerging PMO, lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives and help move Cohere Beauty from traditional project management toward a more agile, outcome-focused way of working.

You’ll work across IT, R&D, product development, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, commercial, finance, HR and customer operations, turning business priorities into action and measurable results.

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of project/program management, Agile delivery, transformation or related experience.
• 3+ years as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Proven experience introducing or strengthening Agile practices in an organization where project management maturity is still developing.
• Strong facilitation, executive communication, stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
• The ability to influence without formal authority, challenge the status quo and bring structure to ambiguity.
• PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, beauty/personal care or another operationally complex environment is preferred.
