Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking a senior PMO leader to define and scale portfolio management across complex programs. You will drive governance, dashboards, and executive reporting while coordinating cross-functional teams and dependencies.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled analytics and data-driven decision support. You will influence prioritization, manage risks, and ensure alignment of scope, deadlines, and deliverables in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Consolidated experience in strategic PMO structuring and leadership.
• Proven experience in high-complexity portfolios with multiple simultaneous fronts.
• Practical mastery of scaled agile (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• Practical use of AI tools for productivity, data analysis, and project management.
• Strong analytical profile with the ability to translate technical data into executive recommendations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in high-pressure environments.
• Autonomy to influence without formal authority.

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in telecom, digital products, or similar business models
• Certifications in scaled agility (SAFe Agilist, SAFe SPC) or project management (PMP, PMI-ACP)
• Experience configuring and administering corporate portfolio tools (Jira Align, Azure DevOps, Monday)
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or equivalents for building indicators
