Job summary

Delta Point LLC in the United States is seeking a Requirements Analyst to support the MRO/MRO-S programs by identifying, developing, documenting, analyzing, coordinating, and managing functional requirements. You will work with Government SMEs and development teams to translate needs into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities include supporting agile requirements development, maintaining artifacts, and coordinating with SCRUM teams to ensure completion by the System Implementer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with requirements management.
• Experience with Air Force or Department of Defense IT systems requirements development, tracking, and management.
• Familiarity with Air Force ISMT for requirements management.
• Experience with Confluence and Jira.
• Experience supporting Agile requirements development and management.
• Knowledge of Air Force logistics, depot maintenance, or MRO business processes.
• Experience analyzing legacy functionality and translating existing capabilities into future-state requirements.
• Experience working collaboratively with Government personnel, functional SMEs, developers, testers, data teams, and interface teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Requirements Lead in developing, managing, and coordinating functional requirements documentation.
• Translate logistics business and mission needs into actionable requirements and support those requirements through development and completion.
• Support logistics transformation, business process re-engineering, and implementation planning activities.
• Support development, tracking, and management of program requirements.
• Analyze and recommend program requirements to meet mission needs.
• Track requirements through development and SCRUM teams to completion by System Implementer.
• Assist with management of Agile Requirements Documents (RDs) and Features within the Air Force configuration management tool of choice.
• Develop and maintain requirements-related artifacts for Government review and delivery.
