Job summary

King Cove Federal LLC seeks a Logistics Analyst (Requirements Analyst) to support the MRO/MRO-S programs with logistics planning, requirements development, and coordination between LCIs and the MRO.

You will translate mission needs into actionable requirements, support agile development, manage RD/Features, and work with government stakeholders, SMEs, and development teams to ensure traceable, testable requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with requirements management.
• Experience with Air Force or DoD IT systems requirements development and tracking.
• Familiarity with Air Force ISMT for requirements management.
• Experience with Confluence and Jira.
• Experience supporting Agile requirements development and management.
• Knowledge of Air Force logistics, depot maintenance, or MRO processes.
• Experience collaborating with Government personnel, functional SMEs, developers, testers, and data teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Requirements Lead in developing, managing, and coordinating functional requirements documentation.
• Translate logistics business and mission needs into actionable requirements with stakeholders and development teams.
• Support logistics transformation, business process re-engineering, and implementation planning activities.
• Support development, tracking, and management of program requirements.
• Analyze and recommend program requirements to meet mission needs.
• Track requirements through development and SCRUM teams to completion by the System Implementer.
• Assist with legacy functionality to be incorporated into the MRO/MRO-S solution.
