Job summary

Rize Credit Union in Irwindale, CA, is seeking an IT Scrum Master to help our technology teams deliver great work sprint after sprint. You will facilitate agile ceremonies, keep IT projects on track, and connect technical teams with the business.

You will partner with engineers, project managers, vendors, and leaders to move initiatives forward and land with impact. The role offers hybrid work, opportunities to grow in agile practices, and exposure to enterprise IT projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, agile environments, or Scrum Master roles.
• Experience supporting technology or IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain project plans and track tasks using tools like Smartsheet.
• Monitor progress, flag risks and dependencies, and coordinate with managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain vendor alignment and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
