Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management, agile leadership, or scrum master experience in Food & Beverage.
• Experience with physical product innovation in Food & Beverage with packaging projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and other agile rituals.
• Partner with Project Owner and Marketing Lead to manage end-to-end innovation & commercialization process.
• Build and manage project timelines and align pod commitments with delivery schedules.
• Coach the pod on agile principles and adapt to feedback and insights.
• Identify and resolve impediments to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Track key agile metrics and report progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of sprint goals, backlog items, and velocity.
• Ensure visibility into progress, risks, and timelines for all stakeholders.
• Guide retrospectives to continuously improve delivery and collaboration.
• Foster alignment across R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing.
