Job summary

Radiant Systems Inc in Chicago seeks an Agile Innovation Manager to drive rapid, fit-for-purpose agile ways of working within a cross-functional team focused on physical product innovation for Food & Beverage.

You will enable end-to-end innovation from concept to market, remove blockers, build timelines, and coach the pod on agile principles while coordinating R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and Strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related.
• 5+ years of PM, agile leadership, or Scrum Master experience in Food & Beverage.
• Experience with physical product innovation in Food & Beverage; packaging projects and manufacturing alignment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience building timelines with uncertainty and frequent changes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and conflict resolution.
• Open to flexible hours; AMS team distribution requires early Chicago time.

Responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning and daily stand-ups to keep the team aligned.
• Manage end-to-end innovation and commercialization process from concept to market launch.
• Build project timelines and align pod members on commitments.
• Coach the pod on agile principles and adapt to feedback.
• Identify and resolve impediments to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Track key agile metrics and report progress.
• Maintain sprint goals, backlog, decisions, and velocity.
• Foster alignment across R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Strategy.
• Tailor agile workflows for physical product innovations and packaging constraints.
• Coordinate with Pod Lead and partners to refine product backlog.
