Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Business Analyst to bridge IT and business by analyzing data and improving processes. You will elicit and document requirements, develop user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with stakeholders and tech teams through discovery and delivery.

You will support backlog refinement, agile ceremonies, and cross-team coordination while analyzing metrics to identify improvements and automation possibilities. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; four years of experience in lieu of a degree accepted.
• Experience eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements in Agile delivery.
• Ability to guide Agile teams, participate in Scrum ceremonies, and support testing activities.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and translate complex information.

Responsibilities

• Bridge IT and business by analyzing data and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, policy, technical, and functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams throughout discovery and delivery.
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and solution alignment with objectives.
• Guide teams in applying Agile principles and foster continuous improvement.
• Assist in Scrum ceremonies, stakeholder engagement, and cross-team coordination.
• Analyze processes and metrics to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
• Support system testing, UAT, data validation, and project documentation.
