Kyndryl is seeking an Agile Engagement Lead to guide enterprise healthcare clients in modernizing cybersecurity workflows. You will be embedded with delivery teams as a Senior Scrum Master and Product Owner, aligning product vision with cybersecurity requirements and business outcomes.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, agile ceremonies, and delivering secure, scalable solutions within regulated healthcare environments. This position supports remote work with strategic local engagement.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as a Senior Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach
  • 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
  • Proven experience managing Agile backlogs and delivering within Scrum or Kanban frameworks
  • Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving sprint execution
  • Experience working with cybersecurity or security-related workflows (e.g., incident management, risk remediation, access controls)
  • Experience working in healthcare or other highly regulated environments
  • Strong ability to translate business and technical requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams
  • Ability to identify and remove blockers to maintain team velocity and predictability

Responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders, business teams, and technical leads to define priorities, acceptance criteria, and release plans
  • Ensure alignment between product roadmap, business objectives, and operational workflows
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams including engineering, security, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders
  • Serve as a hands-on Scrum Master and Product Owner for Agile teams delivering cybersecurity workflow solutions
  • Facilitate all core Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives) and ensure high team performance
  • Own and manage the product backlog, translating cybersecurity and business requirements into clear, actionable user stories
  • Drive sprint execution, remove impediments, and ensure continuous delivery of high-quality increments
  • Support adoption of Agile best practices, tooling (e.g., Jira), and team-level metrics (velocity, cycle time, quality)
  • Continuously improve team performance through coaching, feedback loops, and data-driven insights
  • Ensure deliverables meet regulatory, compliance, and enterprise security standards relevant to healthcare environments
  • Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and repeatable Agile delivery practices

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:California (San Francisco Bay Area):$138,120 to $262,320California (All Other):$126,600 to $240,480Colorado: $115,080 to $218,520Massachusetts$115,080 to $240,480New York City: $138,120 to $262,320Washington: $126,600 to $240,480Washington DC:$126,600 to $240,480This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans.
