Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. is seeking a fully remote Epic ECSA Certified Cloud Architect to design and migrate Epic environments to cloud platforms. You will lead cloud infrastructure for Epic systems, ensuring security, high availability, and HIPAA compliance.

The role requires strong Epic system knowledge, Windows Server, and experience with virtual apps/desktops and load balancers. You will mentor teams and collaborate with Epic EHR specialists to deliver cloud-based solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with Epic ECSA certification.
  • Deep understanding of Epic systems and infrastructure components.
  • Experience with Windows server administration, DNS, AD, and Group Policy.
  • Experience with virtual apps and desktops (Citrix, Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop).
  • Knowledge of load-balancing technologies (Citrix NetScaler, Big IP F5).
  • Public cloud certification/experience (AWS, Azure).
  • Experience leading Epic cloud-based implementations.
  • Ability to create technical docs and system diagrams.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols and healthcare IT operations.

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
